Returning to the Bluegrass

So I spent a week in Copenhagen, Denmark this month (posts and pictures about that coming soon) and it was a very nice city. However, after a week of cafe food and concrete I was soooo happy to be back in the bluegrass! As I was riding my bike out along the back roads where the horse farms are here in Lexington, a group of horses gathered and ran beside me. That’s one of the many reasons I love Lexington, Ky! 🙂 I love the horses and the untouched natural beauty of the horse farms. With that in mind, I created this treasury of horse related Etsy items. Several local artists are included here. Check out locals – Reimagined by Luna, Patsy’s Joys, Tea Horse Studio, and Sand K Kreations, and Tiffany Dawn Photo.

To see the actual treasury, just click on the image below. 🙂

Sarah–hasn’t this been the most beautiful spring in central Kentucky? I can see why you were glad to return to bluegrass pastures and frolicking horses. But everything is coming so early–dogwoods opening in March, the tulips planted at Churchill Downs blooming weeks before the Derby … But I can hardly complain about an abundance of flowers–and everywhere, a curtain of spring green.
    Love your horsey collection!
